HOW TO CONTACT A SELLER/DEALER?

A.) On the detail page of each product, above the price you find the link “product information”. 
B.) If you have any questions concerning your order just contact your competent dealer among "My Account" > "my open Orders".Under “select other options” you can write the concerning dealer a message.
C.) An overview of all sellers/dealers can be found under the link "STORES". Here you also have the opportunity to contact the responsible dealer.

Place the desired products into the cart by clicking on the product detail page the button “ADD TO CART”. If you have your product(s) added to the cart, click on the button "CHECKOUT".
If you are not logged in, you need to login now. If you don´t have an account yet, you have to register and activate an account so you can continue your order!

You will now see the order summary – check your order/data one more time and then select a payment method.By clicking on the button "ORDER CONFIRMATION" you will be taken to the payment page. Fill in the necessary information and click the "MAKE PAYMENT" button to complete the order. 

Please note that your order will be divided into deliveries. Each delivery is processed by one of our partner stores.If you have any further questions regarding a delivery or a product, please directly contact the relevant dealer - under the menu item STORES you find all contacts and information.

Registration:

If you're new here at moreboards.com and want to make an order, you must create an account. On top of the screen you will find the “LOGIN” button – just click and choose the „NOT YET REGISTERED“ function. Now enter your data carefully and click on "REGISTER". After this step, you will receive an e-mail, which prompts you to activate your account. Note: Only after you've clicked on the link in the e-mail, your account is unlocked.

You haven´t received an e-mail? It could happen, that an e-mail lands in your spam folder, if you don´t find an e-mail in your spam folder either, please contact the MOREBOARDS support.


My Account / Login

Below the link  „My Account“ you have full control over your orders and your data.Click on the top of the screen the button „LOGIN“ and enter your login data. If you haven´t created an account yet, you have to register before you can login.

Under "ORDERS" you can track the status of each delivery, contact the seller/dealer or return an item.

Always keep your information up to date, for example, if you want to change your address, you can update/correct your address below the button “MY ACCOUNT”.

Exchange articles - no problem!

If one item should not fit you (too small, too big,...) then just contact the seller directly to find out whether the product is still available in the appropriate size. The seller will exchange the goods to you immediately.

Should an exchange not be possible anymore, (desired size or article sold out) then you can send back the article to us - go in addition in your „My Account“ area and initiate a “Retoure”.


How to send back articles and request for repayment: 

You want to send back the article and have your money again? No problem – you have a 30-day cancellation right! For a quick winding up we recommend to obey the following points. 
Please note, that the following paragraphs are not a condition for the effective exercise of the cancellation right. 



IMPORTANT: 
To guarantee a quick and free from problems expiry of the return shipment and the following return booking we recommend you to peruse the following points and to finish step by step.Please, absolutely follow the attached backend terms, these can differ per shop assistant or trader.

Go to your „My Account“  area and select first the order and then the article which you want to send back. Now under „Other Options“ you select "Retoure" and you reach to the back end side. Here you can give us, if you want to, a reason or a short description why you want to return the article, after this just click on the badge "Further" – A reason is not necessarily for a valid “Retoure”!

Should you have paid by precash or immediate transfer, now you are asked for your bank data - we need this to refund your money on the given account to you. If you have paid with credit card, the amount is simply credited to you on your credit card account.

Print out now the backend documents and click on the badge "Finishing" – this concludes the process and the trader is informed about the return.

You don´t have a printer? Click, nevertheless, on „Expression start“ – now the “Return Shipment Document” opens. Notice the number of the “Return Shipment Document”, write it with your name and phone number on an empty sheet of paper and add it to the package with the article. Don´t forget to click on the badge “Finishing” afterwards, so that the trader is informed about your return. For every article you want to send back, this process has to be repeated.

Now you can send the package - as soon as the package arrives at the trader you will receive a notification by e-mail. 

PAYMENT

Credit Card

Currently we accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD.
Payment Process: To be able to reach a successful payment by means of credit card with us you should have at hand your credit card or the following data. To be able to reach a successful payment through credit card with us you should have your credit card or the following data at hand. Credit Card Company: (such as: Master Card), name of the cardholder, credit card number, credit card approval number (the 3-figure number on the back of your credit card) and the validity date of your credit card.

As soon as you have confirmed your payment by clicking on the badge “make payment”, the amount is debited a sum from your credit card account and your order is marked immediately as a paid-up and can be worked on therefore immediately. 

3-D Secure Code:
If you are asked to enter the 3D-Secure code, but if you haven´t enter a code yet, you have the possibility to jump over this step by clicking on "later" (or similar name). With 3-D Secure the deception risk and the failure by payments through credit card misuse should be reduced. In addition you find more infos here, or at your credit card institute.

Should the payment process be interrupted by some circumstances or loading mistakes, your credit card will not be charged and the order deleted automatically. In this case you have to simply refill your shopping basket with the desired products and begin the order process again.


Immediate Transfer

As on a credit card payment we receive with the payment method "immediate transfer" directly after the concluded “immediate transfer” a paid-up confirmation and so we can work on your order immediately!

Payment Process:
To use the payment service Sofortüberweisung.de you have to own an online-banking account. Before you start a payment with Sofortüberweisung.de make sure you have the following data at hand. Account number, bank code number, a valid TAN and your online-banking PIN. During the payment process you will be escorted on a 265 bits secure web page (see certificate SSL) by Sofortüberweisung.de. Here you have to log in with your account number and your PIN. Only relevant data for your transaction are stored, a storage of PIN and TAN does not take place. After you have logged in successfully, the payment must be still confirmed with a valid TAN. With a Retoure or cancellation of the order the amount will be booked back again to your account immediately.

Prepayment

Still one of the most current and surest method of payment, but with certain disadvantages! For our customers from Germany and Austria we have furnished in each case a separate bank account to hold the bank charges as slightly as possible. After successful order you receive an E-mail with the bank data and the intended purpose necessary for the transfer. With the bank transfer you should absolutely specify the intended use, because otherwise, considerable delays can happen by the confirmation of the order!

With a Retoure or cancellation of your order the amount will be booked back on your account immediately.

Disadvantage: Unfortunately, we can confirm orders with this payment method only after entrance of the payment on one of our accounts, this can last up to 3 working days (Condition is the correctly given intended purpose)

Delivery Time

As soon as the order was confirmed by the responsible dealer (more info here), the delivery lasts on an average of 3 days.
