Billabong Boardshorts, Bikini and Streetwear Online Shop

Inspired by surfing, Billabong 1973 at the Australian Gold Coast by Gordon and his wife Rena Merchant. The aim was surfwear such as neoprene and lycras as well as Swimwear How bikinis or boardshorts for surfers. Also everyday clothing for surfers such as tank tops, T-shirts, shorts etc. ... Surfing gradually conquered the whole world in the 80s and 90s. Likewise, these small surf brands, which perfectly expressed this lifestyle, grew into global companies. Neoprenes, board shorts and the classic T-shirt or FlipFlop are still Billabong’s bestsellers and therefore the core of the product range, even if Billabong streetwear and whose wearers are no longer all surfers - this is how the Billabong logo nevertheless expresses a lot of passion and joy of life in interaction with nature.

The expression Billabong comes from the Aboriginal word for "waterhole" or "oasis", which are widespread in the south-west of Australia, near the Australian Gold Coast, and are part of the landscape.
